How the fee works

Our fee for this buyer representation option is 1% of the purchase price when you have already found the property and do not need us to show it.

If more than 1% is offered

If compensation offered to the buyer’s side is more than 1%, we work to have the amount above our fee benefit you through closing where permitted by the transaction and lender.
